Scale Up or Down Freely
Growing fast? You'll naturally move to a higher tier. Slow month? Your cost scales back down. You always pay what your usage deserves.
Common Pricing Questions
Your tier is evaluated monthly based on the number of active customers during that billing period. If you grow from 80 to 120 active customers mid-month, you'll be moved to the Basic Plan at the next billing cycle — automatically.
No setup fees whatsoever. System integration is completely FREE. You only pay the monthly usage-based fee once you start activating customers. This means you can onboard and test the platform at zero cost.
Hotspot uses voucher-based or click-to-connect authentication (lower overhead), while PPPoE/Static uses persistent per-user credentials and dedicated IP management (more infrastructure). PPPoE/Static is priced slightly higher to reflect the additional complexity.
Yes! You can run both connection types simultaneously. Each customer type is counted and billed at its respective rate. The system handles both under one unified dashboard.
