How it is calculated
Three things happen each month.

Monthly activation count
At month end the system counts your active customers on Hotspot and on PPPoE or Static connections.

Automatic tier assignment
Your count places you in the right tier, from Starter to Enterprise. Nobody has to change it by hand.

Scale up or down freely
Growing fast, you move up. A slow month, your cost drops. You pay what your usage deserves.
Your tier is evaluated monthly from the number of active customers in that billing period. If you grow from 80 to 120 active customers mid-month, you move to the next tier at the next billing cycle, automatically.
No. System integration is completely free. You only pay the monthly usage-based fee once you start activating customers, so you can onboard and test at zero cost.
Hotspot uses voucher-based or click-to-connect authentication, which has lower overhead. PPPoE and Static use persistent per-user credentials and dedicated IP management, so they are priced slightly higher.
Yes. Run both connection types at once. Each type is counted and billed at its own rate, under one dashboard.
No long-term contracts. It is month to month, and you can scale up, scale down or cancel at any time without penalties.
