Born out of frustration
Running an ISP in Kenya meant juggling spreadsheets, manual M-Pesa reconciliation, and chasing expired accounts. There was no single tool that handled it all. So we started building one.
First ISPs go live
After months of real-world testing with early partners, RNLISP360 went live — combining Hotspot, PPPoE, and Static IP management under one login. M-Pesa integration and auto-billing were built from day one.
Full eTIMS compliance
We became one of the first ISP management platforms to integrate directly with KRA's eTIMS system — every payment automatically generating a compliant digital tax invoice, live VAT sync included.
Scaling across regions
Customers started growing to multiple branches. We built full multi-branch isolation, Google Maps integration for customer and router plotting, and regional analytics so ISPs could see their whole network at a glance.
100+ ISPs, and growing
RNLISP360 now powers over 100 ISPs across Kenya — managing thousands of Hotspot, PPPoE, Static, and TV accounts from a single platform. We're constantly adding features based on direct feedback from our ISP community.
