How we got here.

From a single ISP set-up to a platform powering networks across Kenya.

The beginning

Born out of frustration

Running an ISP in Kenya meant juggling spreadsheets, reconciling M-PESA by hand and chasing expired accounts. No single tool did it all, so we started building one.

Platform launch

First ISPs go live

After months of testing with early partners, RNLISP360 went live with Hotspot, PPPoE and Static IP under one login. M-PESA and auto-billing were there from day one.

KRA integration

Full eTIMS compliance

We became one of the first ISP platforms to integrate directly with KRA's eTIMS. Every payment produces a compliant digital tax invoice, with live VAT sync.

Multi-branch and maps

Scaling across regions

As customers grew into multiple branches we built full branch isolation, Google Maps plotting for customers and routers, and regional analytics.
