If payment is not received, the account is automatically suspended — the customer loses internet access until they pay. Once payment is confirmed via M-Pesa, the account is reactivated instantly with no manual steps required on your end.

RNLISP360 handles two billing models depending on how your customers pay:

Prepay (pay-before-use): Customers pay upfront to activate or renew their package. Once M-Pesa payment is confirmed, the account is renewed automatically — no manual intervention needed.

Postpay (pay-after-use): RNLISP360 generates invoices at the end of each billing cycle based on usage or a fixed monthly package. Invoices are sent automatically via SMS, WhatsApp, or email before the due date. When payment is received via M-Pesa, the invoice is marked paid and the account remains active. Overdue postpay accounts can be suspended automatically based on your configured grace period.

All invoices — prepay receipts and postpay bills — are logged in the platform with full payment history per customer.

Yes. You need a registered Safaricom Paybill or Till Number linked to your M-Pesa Business Account. During onboarding, our team helps you configure the RNLISP360-Daraja API connection using your business credentials. This is a one-time setup.

Your monthly fee is based on the number of active customers during that billing month. The system automatically places you into the appropriate tier — Starter (1–49), Starter Advance (50–99), Basic (101–249), Advanced (250–499), or Enterprise (500+). View full pricing →

Yes! Our built-in WireGuard VPN creates a secure encrypted tunnel to RNLISP360 servers, enabling full functionality regardless of your IP setup. This is a game-changer for ISPs in areas where public IP addresses are unavailable or expensive. Your MikroTik communicates through the VPN tunnel seamlessly.

RNLISP360 connects directly to your RADIUS server (or our hosted option) via the standard RADIUS protocol. Customer credentials are created/updated/revoked automatically in the RADIUS database when accounts are created, renewed, or suspended. No manual RADIUS database editing is ever needed.

Yes. On the Basic Plan and above, you can manage multiple access points, base stations, or branch offices from a single RNLISP360 dashboard. Each location can have its own pricing packages, customer base, and MikroTik configuration while sharing centralized billing and reporting.

Powered by Twachanga SMS, our Bulk SMS system sends automated notifications for billing reminders, expiry warnings, payment confirmations, and custom promotions. You set the triggers once — the system handles delivery to all affected customers automatically. You can also send manual broadcast messages to selected customer groups.

Yes. RNLISP360 sends automated WhatsApp messages for billing reminders, payment confirmations, and account status updates. Customers receive notifications on the same number they registered with, keeping them informed without requiring them to check any portal.

RNLISP360 generates printable Hotspot vouchers in bulk, each with a unique PIN code. Customers buy a voucher, enter the PIN on your captive portal, and get connected immediately. The system tracks usage, auto-expires vouchers when time/data runs out, and provides full voucher inventory reporting.

The built-in AI assistant lets you control your RNLISP360 dashboard using natural language commands. Ask it things like "How many PPPoE accounts expired today?", "Send a reminder SMS to all overdue customers", or "What's this month's revenue vs last month?" — and it executes the task instantly.

Yes. Every customer gets access to a branded self-service portal where they can view their account status, payment history, current package, and upcoming renewal date. They can also pay directly through M-Pesa from the portal. This reduces support calls significantly.
